About the author
Dr Bruce Manners is an experienced retiree, having retired at the end of 2014. He has worked as a commercial fisherman, a church pastor and a magazine editor. Based in Melbourne, he’s a presenter who continues to write and research, assisted by a PhD (Sociology) he earned along the way.
